SUMMON TO AN ACCUSED PERSON TO ATTEND COURT

When the Company fails to submit its Annual Accounts to ACRA and IRAS on due dates, both IRAS (Comptroller of Income Tax) and ACRA (Accounting & Corporate Regulatory Authority) would send reminder letters to the Company. When the Annual Accounts have been long overdue, a Writ of Summon to an Accused Person to attend Court may be issued to the Company by IRAS and/or ACRA.

Normally the time given to the Company to submit the Financial Accounts is about 4 to 6 weeks.

We have a group of qualified accountant staff who can work on your job on an urgent basis. When we take on the job, we undertake to complete the Accounts before the due date so that you can avoid the need to attend the Court.
